ABOUT

I started out working for R&D Business Systems, a software development house based in Burnaby, BC. I was a beta-tester, provided phone and onsite support for PASS and e-PASS software. I went onsite to locations through the United States and Canada to train customers on new versions of the software. I built business desktop systems and servers. I was also responsible for managing the servers, and back up solutions.

I moved to Kodak ULC as a remote support technician, and I was also the project manager for Insite installations. I provided support for DELL servers, Prinergy, and Insite. My duties included remote support and remote installations. I was also responsible for SSL installations.

In 2016 I was the Manager of Installations for Surf Internet. They are a 3rd party provider of internet services. At the start of my term, they had 265 customers, when I left, they had over 1800 customers. I was responsible for installing cable modems and routers. I would make sure that customers would be able to connect wirelessly to the routers.

In 2017 I moved to Anderson Morgan Kelowna Inc. and I was doing remote support. I also managed VM's. I was responsible for supporting several businesses in BC. I would manage their backups, email support, WiFi, SSL certificates, and doing remote desktop support. I was also responsible for supporting WiFi in 27 RV parks in the United States. I managed RxGNets servers; Cisco, HP, and D-Link switches; Ruckus access points and back hauls. In 2018 I became the Technical Operations Manager at Anderson Morgan, and I managed the call centre that was situated in the Philippines.​

In 2019 I was contracted by a private company to serve as the Lead Help Desk Support for companies that included Native Counselling Services of Alberta, Alberta Girl Guides, Edmonton Girl Guides, NWT/Alberta Lung Association, Alberta Women Entrepreneurs, Dave's Diesel and Repair, The Spindle Factory and other Government Agencies.
