Terms of Service

  1. Emergency Support is any time after 5pm and before 8am Monday to Friday, and 8pm to 8am Saturday and Sunday. Will be billed at 2x rate.

  2. Stat Holiday Support* will be billed at 3x rate.

  3. Requests for Remote Support must be paid in advance.

  4. Any software installation or upgrade must have a license key available. Software will not be installed or downloaded until one has been produced.

  5. Payment for all onsite services are due the same day the invoice has been emailed to you.

  6. Any work started but not paid for will be billed at two weeks from start of invoice for 50% of total bill to that time.

  7. Apple, iOS, Android products are supported as best effort only.

*Statutory Holidays - New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, B.C. Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving, Remembrance Day, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
