Terms of Service

  1. Emergency Support is any time after 5pm and before 9am Monday to Friday, and all day Saturday and Sunday.

  2. Requests for Remote Support must be paid in advance. One hour ($70) is to be prepaid.

  3. Any software installation or upgrade must have a license key available. Software will not be installed or downloaded until one has been produced.

  4. Payment for all onsite services are due the same day the invoice has been emailed to you.

  5. Any work started but not paid for will be billed at two weeks from start of invoice for 50% of total bill to that time.

  6. Apple, iOS, Android products are supported as best effort only.
